On August 5th, 2022 more than 100 attendees joined the seminar & workshop. SMS Specialist teams led by Dr. Werawat Lertwanawatana (CEO of SMS Group) have launched the seminar with a statement of the CEO's vision on global food trends and the advancement of food innovation for global demand.

Following the Global Clean Label trend and consumer perspectives on food ingredients, by Miss. Pensuda Lertjatuphornchai, Marketing Assistant Manager. In consumers’ perception, a clean label is a healthy ingredient due to health concerns. Consumers are willing to spend more on food products and services that improve their health and wellness. Clean Label Ingredients refer to food additives that are naturally sourced and have no artificial or chemical processes.
