SMS Highlighted the Food of the Future, Plant-Based Meat, the Protein Alternative for Sustainability at Thailand Science Park
November 25th, SMS Food expertise teams together with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), have established the seminar on plant-based trend “Healthy Living with Plant-based solution”. Since plant-based has possessed popularity these few years due to health trends, sustainability concerns, and also pandemic impact the world is facing, it highlights the fast growth of plant-based eating as the future food.
The seminar was run through many interesting topics including plant-based trends & solutions, the vision of eating and drinking pattern in the future world, the strategy to overcome the plant-based market, food innovation for plant-based development, having more than 80 attendees from many organizations.
