Job description :
- Developing with line manger, HR planning including short term and long term requirement in number and skill needed.
- Participate in requirement process.
- Responsible for learning development of cooperate work force including unifying all employees to achieve singer cooperate identity for all manufacturing plants.
- Work with line manager to motivate people through achievement, recognition, career growth and salary advancement.
- To develop and implement policies such as cleanliness, tidiness safety work condition as well as employee’s health and wellness.
Preferred qualifications :
- Bachelor‘s degree or master ‘S degree in social science, Human resource management or relate.
- At least 8 years of sound experience human resource management at manager level.
- At least 35 years old.
- High motivation and ability to influence other without authority.
- Passion in developing people.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
