Bakable Filling

Boil out of filling and topping after baking always spoils the appearance of the bake  goods such as pies, cookies, bun, etc., and also make the crust soggy from juices.  The boil out usually occurs in baked filling and topping, if they are not thickened sufficiently to trap water and will be tend to run and boil over during baking.

SMS Group has innovated modified starch for bakable filling & topping which can be withstand although it  is explored to high baking temperature (180 – 200 °C). Therefore, you can formulate excellent filling & topping of any baked goods without boil over.
